Why our clients use us…

As a small organisation, we often find ourselves performing more than one job role, but excessive amounts of time spent on payroll administration can detract from the smooth running of the business. A P Systems’ Opera 3 software manages the day to day payroll processes and deals with the demands of both RTI and Auto-Enrollment effortlessly, the value of which cannot be underestimated. Having worked with A P Systems for many years we have absolute confidence in the system and view it as a key part of our success.

We think the decision to have A P Systems support our IT was a stroke of genius. The attitude of each and every member of staff is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We here at Roland Young Ltd are very impressed by the speedy, impeccable service we receive from A P Systems.

We have used A P Systems for all our IT support for over 25 years and they have always been there for us. Great personal service and very affordable.

We recently under went an emergency server upgrade and happy to say that all went incredibly well with little to no issues which for a job of this size we were more than happy with the outcome!

Seaward Industrial Supplies

As a leading North-East of Scotland sub-contract Precision Engineering Company working for the major companies within the Oil & Gas industry. A P Systems have supported us for a few years now with our IT requirements ensuring our systems are monitored & maintained on a regular basis. As we all know, emergencies just happen & following a hostile takeover of our system in 2021, A P Systems moved into action swiftly to ensure we had minimal disruption and downtime.

The migration to Office 365 was also seamlessly achieved this year & we can command the behind-the-scenes work done by them to ensure this was possible as no-one wants to be without their e-mail!

An excellent & highly experienced company!
